Get the Help You Need!

You can contact All American Surveying and provide information about the property you need surveyed, for example: acreage / abstract # or subdivision & lot # / improvements / current owners name / address / site condition ( i.e. wooded, brushy, bare, etc.) and we will do some research and get back to you with an estimate on time and costs.

We do commercial and residential surveys including, but not limited to: Title Surveys, Metes & Bounds Surveys, Alta Surveys, Elevation Certificates, Platting and Re-Platting, Construction, Topographic Surveys, Staking, Easements, etc.

For a lot in a recorded subdivision it usually takes approximately 3 to 6 business days weather permitting. For larger acreage and unrecorded subdivisions, it takes a little longer, we usually try to have a metes and bounds survey completed within 7 to 14 business days weather permitting. Other types of surveys and platting may take longer depending on the project. We strive to meet all deadlines set for each individual property.

Yes, we will contact your Title Company and get the documents we need from them to address any easements that may be listed on your Title Commitment, we will also coordinate delivery to them for your closing.
